Things to Do in Snohomish- Spring/Summer

I like to try to keep a list of things to do in Snohomish so that our guests might have an even better stay while visiting our sweet little city. I am open to hearing about other events and venues so please do comment below if there is something you would like us to know about.

Snohomish is a genuinely historic community is listed on both the Washington State and National Registries of Historic Places.

Consider taking a Della Terra cooking class , having a nice meal and wine and then staying at the Historic Snohomish Getaway!

LOVE LIVE MUSIC AND DANCING?

The swing and jazz music at the Oxford Saloon continues in 2018. 🎶We will be performing on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, from 6:00 to 9:00PM. Join us for your listening and dancing pleasure. Be sure to take advantage of the great new menu prepared by an executive chef. All ages are welcome and they have a children’s menu as well. It is a unique opportunity to introduce young people to live music. Never a cover charge. Come and enjoy. See you there.

Snohomish Taste of Music is in August 18-20 and takes place in the Historic District. Expect to see some excellent live music!

Snohomish Farmers Market   Opening day is May 3rd and is only a block away!

Every Thursday, from May through September, you’ll find the intersection of Cedar Avenue & Pearl Street filled with the sights & sounds of the Snohomish Farmers Market.  This is a true taste of Snohomish and it’s sweet community. Grab some souvenirs, gifts, dinner and even enjoy some live music before you head back to the suite. While you are out, pop on over to Artisans Merchatile  where you will find some fantastic arts and crafts made by local artisans.

Friday, April 20th & Friday, June 15th – The “Roving Cheese Shop” is making a few stops at Blanc & Rouge this spring!  Pop up shopkeeper Alison Leber brings the best of the curd to Snohomish.  During Blanc & Rouge’s fantastic Friday wine Tastings (5-7p) she will showcase seasonal selections of artisan cheeses.

Friday, April 13th – We are excited to host Deviant Chocolate for a Chocolate Pop Up!  Deviant specializes in bean-to-bite-sized artisan chocolates.  They will be at the shop with samples to taste with wine so you can discover your favorite pairing.

Stop by Blanc & Rouge and sample the cheeses de jour with the night’s featured Washington winery.  Selections of cheese and wine will be available for purchase to enjoy in the shop to sip & savor or take home.
